PHILLIP PROCOPIO

Redefining what modern luxury looks like in the heart of Montana

My cultural background plays a quiet but meaningful role in my life. As I’ve gotten older, I’ve found a deeper appreciation for where my family comes from, the resilience woven through Filipino culture, and the strong sense of care and community that defines it. It shapes the way I connect with people, the hospitality I bring into my work, and the importance I place on making others feel welcomed and cared for.

Giving someone confidence, or building a life that reflects who I truly am, I’m driven by growth, creativity, and the desire to leave a positive impact. I’m also motivated by the people who believed in me before I fully believed in myself.

FILIPINO CULTURE

No matter where I am, whether it’s a small town in Montana or the streets of Manila, Philippines, I have always found Filipinos to be some of the warmest and most welcoming people in the world. There is an immediate sense of kindness, community, and support that makes you feel seen and at home, even far away from where you come from. That shared spirit of hospitality and connection is something I carry with me everywhere.safely, and freely as themselves.

My youngest sister, Kassie, who carries such a deep reverence for Filipino history, people, and culture. Her passion has inspired me to feel more connected to that part of myself and to take greater pride in where my family comes from. It reminds me that culture is not just heritage, but something living that continues through storytelling, tradition, and the way we care for one another.

Pride to me,

is a celebration of identity, resilience, and the beauty of a community that has continued to love, create, and exist authentically despite generations of oppression. It is a reflection of how far we have come, while carrying deep gratitude for those who came before us, who fought bravely so future generations could live more openly, safely, and freely as themselves.

The LGBTQ+ community has shaped the way I move through the world, because as a member of it, I live and breathe that experience every day. It has taught me resilience, self expression, and the beauty of creating spaces where people feel safe to be fully themselves. It has also shown me the power of chosen family, authenticity, and the quiet courage it takes to exist openly in a world that has not always made space for us.
